A fundamental part of our job is to liaise between you and your employer, and to help you during your sojourn in Korea. When problems, misunderstandings, or miscommunications arise that don't seem to be resolvable on your own, it is both our duty and our desire to help.

When there is a legal, work-related, or other issue that you can't solve on your own,
WorknPlay Consulting can help by:

Giving personal counsel, research, and providing special information, when asked.
Providing contact information for third party agencies (e.g., branches of the Korean government, private organizations, embassies and consulates, etc.) so you can get the best help avail able.
In extreme circumstances, directly intervening on your behalf to ensure that you are treated fairly and legally if (A) you believe our intervention will help and (B) you have acted in good faith.

While we have no authority to act as an official mediator and compel either you or your employer to abide by our decisions, we can negotiate and use the resources we have to set things right.
