1. If you are interested in being ESL teacher and qualified
E-mail us your RESUME, RECENT PHOTO,COVER LETTER and the basic request about position.
2. After reviewing your application, We start to match with our schools.
We will also give information about schools to you. When the school and you are appealing each other, we will arrange an interview.And then, We will send you a contract by e-mail.
When we have found a teaching job suited to you we will negotiate a contract agreement between the teacher and the school.
If it is acceptable, send your original signed contract with all documents by air courier service. (ex : DHL, FedEx)
Once this is done we can begin visa processing and organizing your travel .
- Your original diploma or a copy notarized by a Korean consulate near you.
- Sealed transcript (must be sealed)
- The original signed contract
- A copy of your passport photo I.D page
- 4 recent passport-sized color photos
- Your recent resume
3. Waiting of visa progress
When we receive the required document from you, will then progress your E-2 visa.
The school of the director will submit them to the immigration office to get your visa.
Once this process is completed, a Visa Issuance letter will be sent to you.
It takes usually 7 or 10 days
4. Obtain your visa
You will need to get a visa stamp on your passport from the nearest Korean consulate.
It is recommended that you make a phone call to the consulate before going there.
It is possible to use an air courier service in case that the Korean Consulate is too far from your home.
5. Get on the plane
After you get a flight ticket from the travel agency, you are ready to come to Korea. When you arrive at Incheon airport, a staff representative will be waiting for you and take you to your accommodation.
Within 90 days after arriving in Korea, you must go to the immigration
office in order to obtain a residence permit.
( It takes less than 25 days. )
When a school needs a teacher immediately and there are not enough time to get a E-2visa, you will be brought to Korea on tourist visa.
In this case, You must come to Korea with your original university degree or send it before coming to Korea.
A school will get your "visa issuance letter" from Korean Immigration Office by submitting your documents. After getting your visa issuance letter, you will be sent to Japan to get your working visa. The school will pay for the cost of this trip.
